Sleeping City - Friendship Failure

A REFRESHER: And so, after talking to the small group of cloaked individuals, you part ways! That is, the twins continue on their way with one to Halation, and you are left with... two lackies who don't talk much! Yet, they are willing to comply. More or less.
That said, you're still in the eternally dark city. You stand in a park with playground equipment. Further thataway is a convenience store. As the Microsoft Sam computer said, the Boss can be found here, and the TWINS said there is a building with a guard outside of it.
And, as they indicated on their map, there are two exits out of this room/city!
Where shall you go from here?

Well, Dusk wants to see if she can scout this mysterious building, just to get an idea of where it is.

The building is located round the corner and down the street from the park. It's settled by a street light. Despite this being a dark area, the entrance is lit. :ok_hand: :smoking:
Architecturally, it's a plain building that extends only three stories high, with a flat roof. You can't see through any windows, due to interior curtians, and the door can't be peered through at all.
The guard standing has his hands folded neatly, but he looks like he could fall asleep.

Clima - naturally - follows in the direction of Dusk, to the mysterious building. This, he does a few steps behind her, with a light bounce to his feet. Despite that, his footsteps are quiet, pretty much inaudible especially if she's not paying attention. While she's conversing with other people though, Clima is circling around the building to the other side, to see if there's anything he can climb(a) on.

@Climate Change , the back of the building doesn't have a ladder... but if you're feeling ~atheletic~ you'll find that the window trim sticks out quite a bit, and there are gaps in the bricks. Creatively speaking... it's clima-ble?

Fortunately, you're able to make your way to the top of the building. It's bare on the roof, as nobody NORMAL is supposed to be up here, PROBABLY, but... there IS a skylight, that allows you to peer inside.

@Climate Change You can see... you can see a sleeping girl trapped in a large orb. It's like a person trapped in a test tube, you know the ones, only, this person's floating in an orb of energy, or maybe light. It's wrapped and bound by chains. This is the only source of light in this building.
Meaning, this is the only thing that stands out below.

She's always in the mood for making friends. This girl, surely, would also become Dusk's friend - after all, Dusk is so charming and affable and lovable that there's no way even a test tube baby wouldn't be charmed off their wits.
Therefore.
Clima takes one final look around, just to make sure there's nothing else of interest in the skylight, before he moves to the edge of the building and hops down, headwings spreading out to help with his landing.

Despite that, his footsteps are quiet, pretty much inaudible especially if she's not paying attention. While she's conversing with other people though, Clima is circling around the building to the other side, to see if there's anything he can climb(a) on.

And, after causing that guard to dislike her so intensely for some reason unknown, some of Dusk's followers have come in question of her. Maybe she's not as charismatic or charming as she's always seemed?
Upon entering the building, Dusk will find that 7 of her Followers have completely abandoned her.
